Agree. It's a one-glance-get-the-idea type of posting which is motivating at the same time. While strategy and socialize is on top of my list, undeniable persistence is what that keeps us going until our blogging goals are realized.

Terrific post! New bloggers can also learn something from your style above. Very informative and easy to read. I think (like Tom said below) persistence is a key item. Write, write, write. If you want to be good at something you just have to keep practicing.
